Maintenance Ensure complete electrical isolation before performing any maintenance activity and always follow guidelines and instructions as given in the air cooler product manual AHE00042. Fan replacement Unscrew fixing bolts and remove old fan. Mount new fan in identical position. Cable glands must be positioned downwards.
Coil heater elements replacement Always disconnect power supply before handling heater elements. To remove coil heater elements, open side cov- ers on both sides. Disconnect heater element from connection box. On the opposite cooler side, remove fixing screws and extract element from coil.
Bottom plate (CC500) This paragraph applies to CC500 draw-through units only. If room temperature is above 0 °C, there is a chance that the cooler can sputter water drops out of the fans. If that happens, disconnect drain line, open the driptray and remove the cut out pieces from the bottom plate.
