4. INSTALLATION
4.1.
Identify and drill the three 10mm (3/8") diameter chock mounting holes. The wheel chock can be used as a template for marking out.
4.2.
The mounting holes of the chock frame are square to enable the use of the supplied coach bolts which, having a short square shank
behind the head, prevent the bolts from rotating whilst the fixings are tightened. Check with vehicle/trailer manufacturer's
Manual before installing to ensure the most secure location.
4.3.
When used for the transport of motorcycles, the chock must be firmly bolted to the floor of a trailer or van. If mounting to a trailer or
other vehicle, ensure that the floor is strong enough to take the weight of the motorcycle/s plus the chock/s.
5. OPERATION
WARNING! DO NOT sit on the motorcycle when it is mounted in the wheel chock.

5.1.
When transporting motorcycles consideration should also be given to securing the rear wheel as well as securing the front wheel with
belts or straps (not supplied).
5.2.
Check for loose fittings or damaged parts before each use.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
