DIRECT SUNLIGHT
Do not expose the receiver to direct sunlight. Do not place it near radiators or other heat sources.
LIQUIDS
The product must not be exposed to liquids of any kind. In addition, do not place objects filled with liquids on or
near the product.
CLEANING
EN
Switch off the receiver and disconnect the mains power supply before cleaning the surface of the appliance. Use
a lightly moistened cloth (free from solvents/alcohol) for cleaning.
WHEN NOT IN USE
Disconnect the mains power supply from the receiver during prolonged periods of disuse.
LIGHTNING AND STORMS
Disconnect the product from the mains supply and the antenna during storms or when unattended or unused for
prolonged periods. This is to prevent damage caused by lightning strikes or mains discharges.
MAINTENANCE
To avoid the risk electric shock, do not open the appliance. Disconnect the product from the power supply before
carrying out any maintenance or connection to other devices. Maintenance should only be carried out by qualified
personnel.
FAULTS
Disconnect the power supply immediately in the event of a serious malfunction. Do not use the product in event
of any failure. Continuing to use a defective product may result in greater damage.
REPLACEMENT OF COMPONENTS
In the event that any components need to be replaced, ensure that the technician carrying out the repair uses
only components specified by the manufacturer or with the same specification as the ones that came with the
unit. The use of unauthorised parts may result in greater damage to the appliance.
ACCESSORIES
Do not connect any devices other than those intended for use with the product, as this could result in danger or
damage to the product. Do not insert metal objects or foreign objects into any slots for modules or smartcards.
This could result in damage to the product that may result in a reduction of its useful life.
