    Sencore warrants this instrument against defects from any cause, except acts of God and abusive use, for a period of 1 (one) year from date of purchase. During this warranty period, Sencore will correct any covered defects without charge for parts, labor, or recalibration.
  • Page 54 Shipping the Product Once an RMA number has been issued, the unit needs to be packaged and shipped back to Sencore. It’s best to use the original box and packaging for the product but if this not available, check with the customer service representative for the proper packaging instructions.
