Motorcycle wheel chock

5. ASSembly
5.1.
from the underside of the wheel chock place the steel threaded studs (d) into the front holes. secure in position from the top surface
using the 1/4" x 5/8" screws (E), see fig. 1.

5.1.1.
Identify the physical location for the fixings on the intended mounting surface and check for any obstructions. Drill the required holes
using a 1/4" drill.
5.1.2.
Spacer Mounting Plate (A) is laid directly on the top of the fixing surface and aligned with fixing holes, see fig. 2.
5.1.3.
Place Slotted Mounting Plate (C) on top of Spacer Mounting Plate (A) and secure with the 2" screws (F) fixed from the underside using
Washers (G) and locking nuts (H).
wArNING: ensure that the round hole in the slotted mounting Plate (c) is nearest to the direction of loading of the wheel into the
chock. This will ensure that the chock is secured when pushed forward. If additional fixing is required to ensure safe operation there
are two further possible fixing holes at either end of the Wheel Chock.
