Important safety notices

Please read the manual carefully and follow the instructions when
operating the appliance. Keep the manual in a safe place and enclose it
with the appliance when giving it to another user.
This appliance can be used by children under 8 years old and by people
with physical, sensory or mental disabilities, or who lack experience or
knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed in how to use the
appliance safely and have understood the dangers involved in using it. The
appliance and the power cable must be kept clear of children under 8
years old. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and
maintenance of the appliance should not be undertaken by children unless
they are 8 years old or over and are supervised.
Warning: electrical shock hazard!
l The appliance may only be connected to a power supply with
grounding. Ensure that the grounding cable in the power outlet is
properly installed.
l The appliance can only be connected and operated as specified on the
datasheet supplied. If the power cord of the appliance is damaged, it
must be replaced by qualified personnel only.
l If you see any signs of damage on the appliance or the power supply
cable, do not use the appliance. In case of an error or damage, unplug
the appliance immediately or switch off the mains.
l To avoid hazards, repair work may be carried out exclusively by
qualified personnel.
l The appliance and the power cable must never be immersed in water or
cleaned with a water hose.
