Caution: Remove the key from the device before operating the machine to prevent the risk of injury.
4. Polishing
1. Attach the fine polishing bonnet.
Apply polishing agent to the surface of the bonnet.
Bring the polishing disk into contact with the work piece and then turn on the electric tool. Move the
polishing disk over the surface of the work piece. A little force may be necessary.
2. First turn off the power supply and let the polishing disk come to a complete stop before lifting the
electric tool from the working surface.
Caution! Always unplug the mains plug from the power supply before making adjustments to the device.
3. After polishing, remove the fine polishing bonnet from the polishing disk before attaching the coarse
polishing bonnet. Then polish the previously applied polishing agent.

Maintenance and customer service

1. Regular cleaning, maintenance and lubrication
Always unplug the mains plug from the power supply after using the polishing machine.
Keep the air vents free of obstruction and filth at all times. Use a soft brush to clean the air vents.
Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe down the machine if necessary. Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents.
Water, oil and filth may not be permitted to penetrate the electric tool.
Store the product out of the reach of children for periods of disuse. Shield the device from moisture and
heating devices.
2. Customer service via manufacturer or representative; list of addresses
In case the device connection cable is damaged, have it replaced by the manufacturer, customer service or
a similarly qualified person to prevent risks.
Repairs and maintenance work may be carried out by authorized professionals only.

X. Warranty
Regardless of statutory warranty rights, the manufacturer grants a warranty on the product as per the
legislation of the purchaser's country for the duration of at least 1 year (2 years in Germany).
The warranty begins on the date of purchase of the device by the end user.
The warranty applies exclusively to defects in material or workmanship on the part of the manufacturer.
Warranty repairs may be carried out by an authorized customer service only.
In order to make a warranty claim, include the original proof of purchase (with date of purchase).
Excluded from the warranty are:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cases of improper use such as overloading the device, unauthorized accessory parts
- Damage due to external influence, use of force or through foreign objects
- Damage that arise from a failure to follow the user manual, e.g. connection to an incorrect supply
voltage or failure to follow the assembly instructions
- Completely or partially dismantled devices.
