This happens in cases when a medication’s size, shape, color is changed by the manufacturer, or when a new medication is being dispensed.

Pay special attention to the notch of the in-feed, where the seal side of the bags slide through.

Do this by pulling the handles of the transport track slightly back. This causes the belt to appear. Look for plastic pieces and pill dust.
