Troubleshooting
Phenomenon
Spin time is extended/
Spin speed is low.
There are excessive
foams.
Key does not respond.
Clothing is damaged from
DRY AIRWASH program
There is smell in the drum
after DRY AIRWASH
program.
• Because there is Fuzzy control in your machine, it can
inspect the balance when spining. In order to protect the
machine, when the clothes is unbalance, it will expend the
spining time or reduce speed to keep the clothes balance,
or spin in a lower speed.
• When there are excessive foams, the time on the display will
cease for a spell, meanwhile the machine is eliminating the
foams rather than fault, and the machine will automatically
return to normal program if finished.
• Make sure you use the recommended types of detergent as
appropriate.
• Use"low foam" detergent to prevent oversudsing.
• Reduce the detergent amount for soft water, small loads, or
lightly soiled loads.
• Check if control panel is clean. Wipe off water or dirt with soft
cloth. Remove stickers or tapes.
• Touch the panel directly with finger. Operating with gloves,
bandages, nails, or other sharp objects does not respond.
• Press the center of the key.
• Do not take your finger off the key immediately.
• Check if multiple keys are not pressed.
• Check suitable clothing for DRY AIRWASH program.
• Smell may stay in the drum, immediately after the program
is finished.
• Smell can be removed with regular washing programs, or
with DRUM CLEAN program.
