The unit should be installed after the air handler in the pureAir HVAC Supply Plenum HVAC system in the supply plenum.* *Additional pureAir HVAC units are recommended in the Return Plenum for added protection and to keep the internal parts clean. -

Maintenance/UV Lamp Indicator Your pureAir HVAC unit requires no periodic maintenance beyond the normal replacement of the ARC Cell every year. It is recommended, for optimum performance, that the ARC Cell be replaced annually. The UV Lamp Operation Indicator on the face of the unit will glow when the unit is in use. -

Changing the Cell Unplug the unit’s power cord from Remove the Thumb Nuts and unit the outlet. from the duct. Remove the two (2) screws holding Replace the Cell and UV Lamp and the cell on the rear of the Ballast fasten the new parts with the two Housing. -
