Troubleshooting

JetVac is not moving:

a. Make sure that the filter pump and booster pump are running.
b. Check and clean out the strainer on the quick disconnect.
c. Check the condition of the hoses and swivel unions, make sure that there are no leaks, replace any damaged
parts.

The hoses tangle:

a. The feed hose might be too long, refer to paragraph 2.
b. Check to make sure that the swivel unions are turning freely, replace them if necessary.

JetVac is moving slowly:

a. Inspect and clean out the strainer on the quick disconnect.
b. Check to make sure that the swivel unions are turning freely, and are not leaking, replace them if necessary.
JetVac turns over or turns onto its side:
a. This is usually a sign that the filter bag needs to be cleaned.
b. Check the balancing float. Remove it and shake it, if it is full of water, replace it.
JetVac is not picking up debris.
a. Check that it is not open and that the filter bag is not torn.
