► Symptom
Paper exists covering Mailbox Exit Sensor. Or Mailbox Exit Sensor is damaged or harness connection loose. Or
Mailbox Main board is damaged.
► Troubleshooting method
1) Check if there is a jammed paper on the feeding path of Mailbox.
2) Check Mailbox Main Board Harness connection.
