2. Switch it ON
3. Plug the Plug & Scan USB dongle into your computer and wait for 5 seconds
4. Scan the 'connect barcode' and the connection is done
5. Scan your barcodes : they will automatically appear on cursor location.
6. At any time, another scanner can read the 'connect barcode' and connect to the host.
How to disconnect your device ?
Once connected, scan the 'disconnection barcode'.
Batch mode? 'No data loss mode' or not ?
The 'no data loss mode' is activated by default for all scanners supporting the feature.
When you leave the connection zone, the 'No data loss mode' allows a bufferisation of scanned
barcodes. All scans will be automatically uploaded to the host upon entry into the connection zone.
If your application is unable to handle all of the incoming barcode scans, disable this
feature by scanning the ' disable no data loss mode' barcode. Your scanner and any
future scanners will retain this configuration.
The Batch mode allows to bufferise all scans even when in the connection zone. To ativate this
fonction scan the «Enable batch mode» barcode. To discharge the data, simply scan the «upload»
barcode (cf scanner programming guide document).
Supported keyboards
. All supported keyboard emulators are available in the User Guide.
. If you receive unexpected characters when scanning, please scan the KBD barcode corresponding
to your keyboard.
