Repair / Maintenance / Annual Re-Certification:
8.1.
Repair / Maintenance:
Please return your gauge for repair to Diebold. We will check the system and replace
damaged parts.
Please return the gauges in the original packaging to prevent damaging.
Your gauge will be re-calibrated and re-certified to original accuracy levels in
accordance with ISO 9000.
If repairs are required that are not included in the standard service price, we will send
you a quotation by fax or e-mail prior to the repair.
Clean your gauges periodically and use rust protection oil.
8.2.
Annual Re-Certification:
Re-Calibration of the gauges by the manufacturer ensures the highest standard of
accuracy for your gauges.
We recommend annual re-calibration and re-certification per ISO 9000. Diebold offers
this service at minimum charges.
To send your gauge in for service:
36. Please return the unit in the original packaging.
37. Your gauge will be re-calibrated and re-certified to original accuracy levels in
accordance with ISO 9000.
38. If repairs are needed that are not included in the standard service, we will send
you a quotation by fax or e-mail prior to the repair.
39. We offer a one week turnaround on all standard services.
