Indicator

7.1.

Disassembling

When the indicator needs to be replaced, remove the adjustment stop screw (sealed
when new) and remove the indicator. Remove the probe and bolt it into the new
indicator.
7.2.

Installation

Install the indicator with the probe installed into the bore and give the indicator a
preload of 2,5 mm. Clamp indicator in this position. Check the function and repeatability
of the indicator.
Attention! Do not block the indicator by over-tightening.
After replacement, the adjustment of the indicator must be checked with the master
taper (see section Gauge setting)
