SPECIFICATIONS

BAKERS PRIDE PD-4 Series counter top heated display cabinets are
ideal for holding and display of pizza, pretzels, sandwiches and
bakery items.
Standard specifications include stainless steel construction, 1"
adjustable legs, large tempered glass windows, reversible hinged
door, illuminated cabinet interior, and independent heat and
humidity control, revolving display racks with four shelves for pizza
or pretzels.
The revolving display rack stops when the door is opened. The
standard display rack will accommodate 4 each 16" diameter
pizzas.
Extensive product holding time is achieved by a hot, humid
environment that features a 3-quart water reservoir that will last 3
hours on high temperature, a low-water indicator light and an
automatic water heater disconnect if the water reservoir is empty.
Electrical specifications include as standard a 6-foot cord with
NEMA 5-15 plug, 700 watt air heater, 500 watt water heater and
40 watt cabinet illumination bulb at 120 volts, 60 hertz, 1 , 1300
watts, 11 amps.
Overall dimensions are 22 3/16" wide (564 mm), 22 3/16" deep
(564 mm) by 29" tall (737 mm).
