- Page 2 1 Warranty and Return Policy Creche Innovations warrants the MicroCool™ Digital Lock to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of shipment to the user. If the product fails to perform in accordance with the product specifications, Creche will repair or replace, at its option, the defective materials or parts.
