    TK-290-11B CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION 1. PLL Frequency Synthesizer The PLL IC consists of a prescaler, fractional divider, refer- The frequency synthesizer consists of the VCXO (X1), ence divider, phase comparator and charge pump.
