Symptom
Diary entry sometimes does not
show photo.
Date of AIBO robot's Diary entry is

• Cause Remedy
•
The AIBO robot takes a photo and decides on using it for the Diary according to the
actions that occur on that day. On some days, depending on the action pattern and
the time the AIBO robot was active, the AIBO robot may not take a photo or not use
it for the Diary.
• PC clock or AIBO robot's clock is not set to correct time.
c Ensure that the clock settings of the PC and the AIBO robot match.

The PC is not connected to the Internet.
c Check the network settings of the PC.
• Blog settings are not correct.
c Check the "Blog Settings" page, and perform a log-in test for the blog (page 82).
• User ID or password setting is wrong.
c For some blogs, the user ID and password used for logging into the blog with a
web browser and the user ID and password for uploading data to the blog are
different.
•
The blog may use a specification not supported by AIBO Entertainment Player.
c For information on blog specifications that are assured to work with AIBO
Entertainment Player, check the official AIBO web site.
• The AIBO robot and the PC are not connected via wireless LAN.
c Check the network settings. (See the AIBO Robot PC Network User's Guide.)
• The PC is not connected to the Internet.
c Check the network settings of the PC.

The link to the RSS site has changed, and connection is no longer possible.
c Change the URL information for the RSS site. To change a registered URL, select
[Net News (RSS)] in the media list and click
• The RSS site version is not supported.
c AIBO Entertainment Player supports only the following RSS versions: RSS 1.0,
RSS 2.0, Atom 0.3.
• The AIBO robot audio output is set to OFF.
c Set the AIBO robot audio output to ON (page 9).
