2.2 Training with the PC 15
In the TIME MENU you will see the current
time, and can access data for three training
zones and your total training time. This

2.2 Training with the PC 15
The STOP WATCH serves to measure
segments of time in addition to the
TRAINING MANAGER.
Press
START
to start the stop watch.
Press
STOP
to stop the stop watch.
Press START to continue timing.
Press RESET to reset the stop watch.
The TOTALTIME reading continually records
your training period, as soon as the Training
Manager is activated. This enables you to
record total training times over longer
periods (weeks, months).
You can decide yourself when to reset data
(RESET function).
Under ALARM you can see whether and for
what time the alarm is set.
To set the alarm, press SET.
