Sensorkopf 2.1 Zur Orientierung Diese Montageanleitung ist gültig für Sensoren mit den Artikelnummern B_VSP63D / B_VSP63A (für Messumformer VSP63D, VSP63DL und VSP63E), B_VSP64D / B_VSP64DA. (f. Messumformer VSP64D, VSP64DL und VSP64E). Für Messumformer bis Seriennummer 14630012 sind aus- schließlich die Sensortypen B_VSP63D und B_VSP64D zu verwenden! Ab Seriennummer 14630013 sind ausschließlich Sensorty- pen B_VSP63DA und B_VSP64DA zu verwenden! -

Installation Hinweise zur Installation Keine eigenmächtigen Umbauten oder Veränderungen am Sen- sor vornehmen! Schmutz und Beschädigungen, insbesondere am Flansch sowie auf Leiterplatten und elektrischen Kontakten, beeinträchtigen die Funktion des Gerätes. Beachten Sie bitte die beim Umgang mit Elektronik bzw. Vaku- umkomponenten erforderlichen Regeln in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Schutz vor Beschädigung. - Page 6 Lösen Sie die beiden TX6 Torx-Schrauben am unteren Gehäusedeckel des Messumformers (siehe unten) und ziehen Sie die Elektronik-Einheit gerade und ohne Drehbewegung nach hinten ab. Stecken Sie nun den Ersatz-Sensorkopf an die Elektronik-Einheit an, achten Sie dabei auf korrekten Sitz der Profildichtung am Gehäusedeckel. Befestigen Sie den Sensor mithilfe der Torx-Schrauben.

Messumformer nachjustieren Damit der Messumformer nach dem Sensortausch wieder mit größtmöglicher Präzision arbeitet, ist ist ein Nachjustieren des Pirani-Sensors bei Atmosphären- druck und Nulldruck erforderlich. Dabei wird die Elektronik des Messumformers automatisch an Sensortoleranzen angepasst und die Kalibrierdaten werden im Parameterspeicher abgelegt. -

Wartung und Service Vorsicht bei kontaminierten Teilen! Es kann zu Gesundheitsschäden kommen. Informieren Sie sich vor Aufnahme der Arbeiten über eine eventuelle Kontami- nation. Beachten Sie beim Umgang mit kontaminierten Teilen die einschlägigen Vorschriften und Schutzmaßnahmen. Der Sensorkopf ist nicht zur Reinigung oder Reparatur vorgesehen. Sensor Head For Orientation These assembling instructions are valid for sensors with article numbers B_VSP63D / B_VSP63DA (for transducer VSP63D, VSP63DL and VSP63E), B_VSP64D / B_VSP64DA. (for transducer VSP64D, VSP64DL and VSP64E). For transducers up to serial number 14630012 use sensor types B_VSP63D and B_VSP64D only! From serial number 14630013 on use sensor types B_VSP63DA and B_VSP64DA only! -

Installation Notes for Installation Unauthorized modifications or conversions of the instrument are not allowed! Dirt and damage, especially at the vacuum flange, on the elec- tronics or connectors, have an adverse effect on the function of this vacuum component. Please take account of the necessary instructions with regard to cleanliness and damage prevention when using electrical and vacuum components. - Page 13 Unscrew the two TX6 Torx screws at the bottom cover of the transducer as shown below and pull the electronics unit straight and without twisting off the sensor. Now attach the replacement sensor to the electronics unit. Take care of a correct fit of the profiled sealing at the housing cover.

Transducer Adjustment To achieve maximum precision when operating the transducer with the new sensor head it will be necessary to adjust the Pirani sensor at atmospheric and zero pressure. This procedure adapts the electronics to sensor tolerances and stores the new calibration data in a parameter memory. After exchanging the sensor reconnect the transducer to the voltage supply. -

Maintenance and Service Danger of possibly contaminated parts! Contaminated parts can cause personal injuries. Inform your- self regarding possible contamination before you start working. Be sure to follow the relevant instructions and take care of necessary protective measures. The unit is not prepared for cleaning or repair!
