RST: Reset button
NOTICE
This button is used to reset the switch.
l To restore the factory settings, hold the
button for 5 seconds.
l To reset the system, press the button.
Resetting the device interrupts services.
Confirm your action before you press the RST
button.
Ground screw
NOTE
It is used with a ground cable.
AC power socket
NOTE
It is used with an AC power cable.

3 Hardware Architecture
Mode switching button
NOTE
Press this button to change the mode of service
port indicators:
l When you press this button once, the
service port indicators change to the speed
mode and show the speed of each service
port.
l When you press this button a second time,
the service port indicators restore to the
default mode, the service port indicator
shows the port link or activity state.
If you do not press the MODE button within
45 seconds, the service port indicators restore
to the default mode. In this case, the SPED
indicator is off.
Jack reserved for AC terminal locking
latch
NOTE
The AC terminal locking latch is not delivered
with the switch.
