    Once hardware detection is complete, you will be prompted to start activation. • You hear a short beep sound each time you insert or remove the PC5740, which is quite normal. It is an audible notification that your laptop recognizes the new hardware.

    5.3.4 Unplugging or Ejecting the Card • Make sure to complete the unplug/eject process before removing the PC5740. If you remove the card improperly, the product can become damaged. • Double click the Unplug/Eject Hardware icon in the system tray.
