    8. EXERCISE GUIDELINES Each workout should include 6 to 10 different exercises. Select exercises for every major muscle group, emphasizing areas that you want to develop most. To give balance and variety to your workouts, vary the exercises from session to session. Schedule your workouts for the time of day when your energy level is the highest.

It is the sole responsibility of the owner to ensure that regular maintenance is performed. MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY (Canada) This warranty covers products sold in Canada and covers defects in materials or craftsmanship (frame and welds) for 1 year from the date of purchase and 30 days for parts (pad, roller, rubber pieces, bolts, or nuts) from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies when the product is used for its intended purpose, under normal conditions, and provided that the product receives regular maintenance and care.
