Ear protectors must be worn where the noise level exceeds 85 dB (A) at the operator position. We recommend that you also wear ear protectors below this noise level.

  • Page 14 LARMEMISSION DES WERKZEUGS In der Tabelle der Technischen Eigenschaften ist der Schalldruckpegel (bei Überschreiten von 85 dB(A) auch der Schalleistungspegel) angegeben. Das Tragen eines Gehörschutzes ist vorgeschrieben, wenn der Schalldruckpegel am Bedienerstand 85 dB(A) überschreitet, und wird bei Werten unterhalb dieser Grenze empfohlen. Die Gefährdung durch Lärmbelastung hängt nicht allein von der Emissionsstärke an der Quelle ab, sondern auch von der Aussetzungsdauer.

  • Page 16 RUIDO DE LA HERRAMIENTA La tabla de las características técnicas detalla el nivel de presión sonora (y de potencia acústica, en el caso en que la misma supere los 85 dB(A). Las protecciones para el oído se deben utilizar cada vez que el nivel de presión sonora en la posición del operador supere los 85 dB(A), se aconsejan también para valores inferiores a dicho limite.
  • Page 17 LUBRIFICAZIONE. Le smerigliatrici OBER funzionano con lubrificazione. Una adeguata lubrificazione, garantita da lubrificatori a micronebbia, favorisce le prestazioni e la durata dei componenti. Usare soltanto olio speciale per utensili pneumatici (codice OBER 5989902). Usare preferibilmente lubrificatori automatici. La quantità di olio sufficiente è di 1-2 gocce giornaliere.

    LUBRICATION. OBER grinders work with lubrication. Proper lubrication, guarantee by mist lubricators, enhances the performance of the components and makes them last longer. Use only special oil for pneumatic tools (OBER code 5989902). We recommend using automatic lubricators. One or two drops of oil a day are sufficient.

    Filter verwenden, der so nah wie möglich am Werkzeug sein sollte. Den Filter täglich reinigen. SCHMIERUNG. Die Stabschleifmaschinen OBER funktionieren mit Schmierung. Eine passende Schmierung durch die Ölnebelschmiervorrichtung sorgt für optimale Leistung und lange Lebensdauer der Bestandteile. Nur Spezialöl für pneumatische Werkzeuge verwenden (Kode OBER 5989902).

  • Page 21 CONNECTION (fig.3) Remove the cap on the air inlet. Screw in a connection for the hose supplying air. Make sure that the connection and the hose have the features indicated in table 1 (Note: do not screw in the connection too tightly but secure it by a suitable gasket). Turn on the air supply for a few seconds to allow the expulsion of all impurities and condensation which may have accumulated inside the hose, especially if it has not been used for some time.
