Compliance Hybrid E complies with the EN13240 and EN14785 European standards and is thereby approved for installation and use in Europe. At the same time, the manufacturing process is subject to external quality control. - Page 12 Chimney The diameter of the flue must be at least 150 mm,, and we recommend a minimum flue height of 3,5 m, measured from the stove flue-connection point. Follow the chimney supplier’s assembly instructions carefully. If you intend to fit your stove to an existing masonry chimney, it should first be inspected by a chimney sweep to check that it is in good order.
- Page 13 The key factors for satisfactory operation of your new stove are proper installation and compliance with the user instructions. If you use the stove in the right manner, it will last for many years. The best heating results are achieved if you use split birch logs (or most other types of deciduous wood), since they burn more steadily than coniferous logs.
- Page 14 Lighting the fire with pellets You can only use Ø6 mm pellets with a maximum length of 40 mm –type EN plus quality A1. We recommend that you use pellets of a good quality –and preferably bright pellets instead of dark pellets.

IMPORTANT NOTE: INITIAL LOADING AND FIRST IGNITION OF PELLET STOVE During initial start of pellet stove it is very important to be aware of the fact that Spiral feeder (transporter of pellet from storage too burning pot ), is empty. If you want to speed up the transport of pellets further, please check the table below. -

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE The stove requires a simple yet constant cleaning to guarantee top efficiency and proper functioning. Constant maintenance by a qualified technician is recommended (but not necessary) .
