Notes
– Place the rack on the universal tray and place the
food to be grilled on top.
– Optional accessory
– Place the anti-splash insert in the universal tray and
place the food to be grilled on top.
– Meat juices will collect under the insert which can
then be used to make gravy.
– For thin cuts use shelf level 2 or 3.
– For thicker cuts use shelf level 1.
Pre-heat the grill for approx. 15 minutes with the door
shut.
– For thin cuts of meat (e. g. chops or steak): Y
– For grilling thicker items,
(e. g. rolled meat, poultry): 200–220 °C
– Do not select a higher temperature than suggested.
The meat will brown on the outside, but will not be
properly cooked through.
– Flat pieces of fish and meat usually take 6–8 minutes
per side. Thicker pieces take a little longer.
– With rolled meat, allow approx. 10 minutes per cm
diameter.
– Turn food half-way through cooking.
