- Page 3 User’s Manual DESCRIPTION: The 09459R IR remote is a wired remote controller for Lafayette Instrument’s Model 09947 VCR. It is a microprocessor-based device, which allows you to take full advantage of the VCR’s capabilities and provide simple, efficient control of basic analysis needs. It is battery operated and requires 3 AAA batteries.
