CONTENTS

Your ball is supplied in a bag containing:
1 x ball
1 x yellow valve
2 x white plugs (one is a spare)

INFLATION

This ball has been strictly tested to ensure high quality and suitability for use. In order to
maximise the usefulness and life of the ball we suggest the following:
• Do not exceed 90% of the maximum diameter as indicated on the ball. Close the ball
using one of the white plugs. Wait 24 hours before inflating to maximum diameter.
NEVER inflate the ball over the maximum diameter.
• Do not inflate the ball when cold. Allow the ball to reach room temperature (18-20°) for
45-60 minutes before inflating.
• When using an air compressor to inflate the ball, be careful to inflate slowly, especially
when approaching the maximum diameter prescribed on the ball.
• Not to be inflated by mouth.
• Should you need to remove the plug, carefully use a teaspoon.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Check for wear and tear before each use. Cease use if damaged and replace ball. The ball
cannot be repaired if cut or punctured.
Wash in a mild soap and water solution. Remove more persistent marks with diluted alcohol.
Keep and use the ball at room temperature.
Keep away from sources of heat and flames. Do not leave the ball directly exposed to the sun.
Avoid contact with sharp or pointed objects.

SAFETY

Always supervise the use of this product.
Not suitable for children under 36 months. Small parts included. This is NOT a toy.
Do not use weights on the ball (e.g. barbells).
Use on soft surfaces e.g. carpets, mats.
This ball can bear up to 400kg (880 lbs).
This ball is latex-free.
