DIAGRAM A DIAGRAM B This bolt adjustment is only available on Model 55-0408SS Position the outboard motor bracket on the transom of the boat on either the starboard or port side. Care should be exercised to make sure that the bracket will not interfere with the movement of the existing engine or a rudder.

Is the stainless arm at the bottom of the bracket, held by a bolt on the bracket side with a 1" hole on the other end meant for the safety cable?
I have a 4 stroke 9.9 hp that weighs about 120. Is this too small for the panther 55-0416?
