GENERAL SETUP MENU

Depending on external equipment connected to the DVD player, the following
settings may be changed for best performance. From the factory, the DVD player
is setup for viewing and listening through a standard stereo television and/or
conventional stereo amplifier/receiver.
GENERAL SETUP
With no disc in tray:
1) Press SETUP to view the General Setup Menu.
2) Press ENTER/PLAY.
3) Select each option by pressing the direction keys
4) To exit select "EXIT", setup ENTER/PLAY.

SPDIF OUTPUT >> SPDIF OFF-(ANALOG) no signal output from the DIGITAL AUDIO OUT.
CAPTIONS >>
SCREEN SAVER >> ON- screensaver will appear after a few minutes to protect the TV display

4:3/PS-select when connected to a standard television

PAL- select for viewing in other countries that support PAL TV system.
AUTO- select for a multi-system TV.
NTSC- select for televisions connected in North America.
ON- select for discs that support the multiple angle viewing feature.
