- Page 2 The DAN M4-A / W4-A lifejacket light is for use on all types of lifejackets. The DAN M4-A / W4-A light can be supplied with fixing clips or a recessed housing. The clips is intend- ed to be placed behind a strip of lifejacket material or reflective tape or clipped on to the tube of an in- flatable lifejacket: the light is secured by pressing it into the clip.
- Page 3 Life The storage life of the DAN M4-A / DAN W4-A batteries is five years from the date of manufac- ture; the expiry date is clearly marked on the unit. On expiry the light should be carefully re- moved, and a new DAN M4-A / W4-A fitted.
- Page 4 To ensure compliance with the WEEE and Battery Regulations, the Survivor Location Lights placed on the market in the UK or Denmark should be returned to Daniamant in the UK or Denmark, or disposed in your nearest WEEE Designated Collection Facility, operated by your Local Authority.
