USING & ASSEMBLING: HEIGHT ROD -HM200M
After assembling the HM 200M height rod, simply pull up the height
rod and adjust the head piece according to the person's height and
key in the height to calculate B.M.I.
1. Fix block on the column and
tight the screws.
2. Fix HM200 M on the
block and tight the screw.
