  • Page 9 Installation : Note : La station de charge doit être positionnée sur le bord extérieur de la surface à tondre sur le câble périphérique. Elle ne peut pas être positionnée à côté d’un débarras ou d’une maison de jardin placée telle une île au milieu de la surface à tondre. Note : La distance maximale entre le câble périphérique et le robot tondeuse dans la zone de tonte ne doit pas dépasser 16 m.
  • Page 10 2. Installation de la ligne de démarcation A) La ligne de démarcation démarre en dessous de la station de chargement et est câblée dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre le long du bord de la pelouse. Elle se termine à l’arrière de la station de chargement.

    Lorsque toute la ligne de démarcation est fixée, réserver des longueurs d’extrémité de 10-15 cm respectivement pour les extrémités avant et arrière. Dénuder les extrémités jusqu’au cuivre sur une longueur de 2-3 cm (Fig. A). Retirer les écrous, fixer les fils de cuivre aux conducteurs en cuivre.

B) La meilleure position du point mémoire est sur la ligne de démarcation qui passe par le centre d'une petite zone. Afin d’assurer un déplacement régulier de la tondeuse, la différence d’altitude maximale entre deux petites zones ne devrait pas dépasser 3 cm.

  • Page 31 Installatie 1. Installatie van het oplaadstation: A) De locatie van het laadstation moet vlak, stevig en praktisch zijn voor het gebruik van de stroombron. Er mogen geen hindernissen of hoeken zijn op minder dan 2 meter vooraan de machine. B) Eerst het frontale deel van de afbakeningsdraad onder het laadstation vastzetten. De afstand tot de rand van het grasveld mag niet minder zijn dan 40 cm.
  • Page 32 2. Installatie van de afbakeningsdraad A) De afbakeningsdraad start onder het laadstation en is bekabeld in de omgekeerde wijzerzin langsheen de rand van het het grasveld. Deze eindigt achteraan het laadstation. B) De afbakeningsdraad moet over het midden van het laadstation lopen en minstens 2 meter doorlopen in rechte lijn (A).
  • Page 33 Als de volledige afbakeningsdraad is vastgezet, uiteinden van 10-155 cm bewaren voor de voorste en achterste uiteinden. De uiteinden van de draad afstrippen tot het koper over een lengte van 2-3 cm (afb. A). De moeren uithalen, de koperdraden vastmaken aan de koperen geleiders.

  • Page 38 2.7 Onderzones instellen Onderzone instellen dient om werkrendement van de maaier in grote zones te verhogen. Dit helpt de maaier ook doorheen smalle doorgangen gaan van de ene naar de andere zone. Zonder deze functie zal de maaier eerder de zone in de buurt van het laadstation maaien en de zone aan de andere zijde van de smalle doorgang negeren - door afbakeningsdraadsignaalprobleem van de smalle doorgang kan de maaier eventueel niet doorgeraken.
  • Page 39 Mededeling: ) Het is beter het geheugenpunt in het midden van de lijn tussen twee hoeken in te stellen. B) De beste positie van het geheugenpunt is op de afbakeningsdraad die doorheen het middelpunt van een kleine zone gaat. C) Om zeker te zijn dat de maaier traag beweegt, mag het max. hoogteverschil tussen elke twee kleine zones niet meer dan 3 cm bedragen.
  • Page 40 Pechverhelping: 1. De grasmaaier wil niet starten. a) De grasmaaier start in een niet-werkzame zone van de afbakeningsdraad. De afbakeningsdraad controleren om eventuele herstelling uit te voeren. b) Als de grasmaaier lange tijd niet werd gebruikt, kan de batterij leeg zijn. Waak erover deze regelmatig op te laden.

    Installation Note: The charging station should be positioned on the outer edge of the surface to be mowed on the boundary wire. It can not be positioned next to a storage room or a garden house placed like an island in the middle of the surface to be mowed. Note: The maximum distance between the boundary wire and the mower robot in the mowing area must not exceed 16 m.
  • Page 50 2．Installation of Fence Line: A）The fence line starts under the charging station, wiring in the anticlockwise direction along the lawn edge. It ends at the back side of the charging station. B）The fence line must pass through the middle of the charging station, and forward at least 2 meters (A).

    H) After all the fence line is fixed, reserve 10-15cm terminals respectively for both front and tail ends. Strip the terminals to reveal the copper lines for 2-3cm (Fig. A). Remove the nuts, fasten the copper lines on copper conductors. Then tighten the nuts (Fig.B). Front tail connect with the red pole, rear tail connect with the black pole.
  • Page 52 Charging: The mower can be charged in the charging station. The extruding poles of the mower should be in contact with the respective paddles of the charging station. If the mower need to be charged, the mower will find its way to the station for charging automatically when it needs to recharge.

The memory point will enable the mower to leave its fence line and enter the certain small area to start mowing. Put mower on fence wire with a maximum distance of 1 meter from charging station and make the backside of the mower towards to charging station.

    INSTALLAZIONE: 1．Installazione della stazione di ricarica: A) La stazione di ricarica deve essere collocata su superficie piana, in posizione stabile e comoda per utilizzare la fonte di alimentazione. Non devono essere presenti ostacoli o spigoli nei 2 metri davanti alla stazione di ricarica. B) Per prima cosa fissare la parte anteriore del filo perimetrale sotto la stazione di ricarica.

Deve terminare nella parte posteriore della stazione di ricarica. B) Il filo perimetrale deve passare attraverso il centro della stazione di ricarica e deve prolungarsi in avanti per almeno 2 metri (A).

  • Page 76 2.7 Impostazione sub-area L’impostazione sub-area è finalizzata a migliorare l’efficienza di funzionamento del tosaerba in aree di grandi dimensioni. Aiuta inoltre il tosaerba a muoversi attraverso passaggi stretti tra un’area e l’altra. Senza questa funzione, il tosaerba tende a tagliare nell’area vicina alla stazione di ricarica, ignorando quella dall’altra parte del passaggio stretto: in caso di problemi al segnale del filo perimetrale in corrispondenza di un passaggio stretto, il tosaerba potrebbe non riuscire a passare.

B) La posizione migliore per il punto di memoria è sul filo perimetrale che passa per il centro di un’area di dimensioni ridotte. C) Per garantire il movimento uniforme del tosaerba, la massima differenza di altezza tra ciascuna delle due aree di piccole dimensioni non dovrebbe superare i 3 cm.

    RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI: 1. Il tagliaerba non parte. a) Il tagliaerba parte in un'area non funzionante del filo perimetrale. Controllare il filo perimetrale per verificare se deve essere riparato. b) Se il tagliaerba non è stato utilizzato per un periodo prolungato, la batteria potrebbe essere scarica. Accertarsi che sia carica dopo la ricarica.
