(EMS) allows for remote management of a Windows
Server OS through a serial port.
VT100
VT-UTF8 is the preferred terminal type for out-of-band

management. The next best choce is VT100+ and then
VT-UTF8[Default]

Selects serial port transmission speed. The speed must

be matched on the other side. Long or noisy lines may

Flow control can prevent data loss from buffer overflow.
When sending data, if the receiving buffers are full, a

'stop' signal can be sent to stop the data flow. Once the
