Start-up

• Fill the engine with engine oil.
• Fill the engine with petrol. Avoid overfilling.
• Replace the transport plug on the pump with the accompanying dipstick/cap.
• Check the oil level in the pump.
• Connect the high-pressure hose to the pump's outlet spigot.
• Connect the pistol, lance and optional nozzle to the high-pressure hose.
• Connect the water supply to the pump's inlet spigot.
• Start the engine.
• Regulate the working pressure on the regulator on the pump.
Important:
Always ensure that water is connected to the cleaner before the engine is started. A lack of
water even for a short period, can lead to serious damage to the pump seals.
If taking a break for more than two minutes, stop the engine.

General information

The engine is equipped with an oil level sensor. The engine cannot start/operate if
there is not enough oil.
If chemicals are added, put the suction hose from the injector down into the
container. Replace the nozzle with a low-pressure nozzle since the injector only works
at low pressure. Mix ratio is 7:1. Ensure that plenty of water is run though the suction
hose, injector and the rest of the high-pressure side after use.
The pump is equipped with a safety valve to protect the pump.
