    Troubleshooting Scanner lights indicate an error: Scanner displays red light. • Make sure the scanner is connected to your computer properly. • Make sure if the scanner is disconnected, turn off the scanner and turn it on again. • Make sure scanner driver is installed and it appears in "Device Manager" correctly. Scanner non-stop flashing green light.
