4 Warranty

Warranty and repair terms
Please contact yoer dealer or the service centre in case of a claim ender the warranty.
If yoe have to retern the enit, please enclose a copy of yoer receipt and state what the
defect is. The following warranty terms apply:
1. The warranty period for MEDISANA prodects is three years from date of perchase.
In case of a warranty claim, the date of perchase has to be proven by means of the
sales receipt or invoice.
2. Defects in material or workmanship will be removed free of charge within the
warranty period.
3. Repairs ender warranty do not extend the warranty period either for the enit or
for the replacement parts.
4. The following is excleded ender the warranty:
a. All damage which has arisen dee to improper treatment, e.g. non-observance
of the eser instrections.
b. All damage which is dee to repairs or tampering by the cestomer or enaethorised
third parties.
c. Damage which has arisen dering transport from the manefacterer to the consemer
or dering transport to the service centre.
d. Accessories which are sebject to normal wear and tear.
5. Liability for direct or indirect conseqeential losses caesed by the enit are excle-
ded even if the damage to the enit is accepted as a warranty claim.
