    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Tool: Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver 1. Rear Stabilizer Installation Slide both Rear Stabilizer End Caps (59) onto each end of the Rear Stabilizer (60). Position the Rear Stabilizer (60) behind the Main Frame (63) and align bolt holes. Attach the Rear Stabilizer (60) onto the rear curve of the Main Frame (63) with two M8 Cap Nuts (53), two Ø8 Curve Washers (54), and two M8x55 Carriage Bolts (57).
  • Page 10 Tool: Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver 2. Front Stabilizer Installation Slide both Front Left/Right Stabilizer End Caps (55, 58) onto each end of the Front Stabilizer (56). Position the Front Stabilizer (56) in front of Main Frame (63) and align bolt holes. Attach the Front Stabilizer (56) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (63) with two M8 Cap Nuts (53), two Ø8 Curve Washers (54), and two M8x55 Carriage Bolts (57).

Seat Sliding Tube Installation Insert the Seat Sliding Tube (19) into the bushing on the tube of the Seat Post (21) and then attach the Saddle Adjustment Knob (62) onto the tube of the Seat Post (21) by turning it in a clockwise direction to lock the Seat Sliding Tube (19) in the suitable position.

Seat Post Installation Insert the Seat Post (21) into the Ø50xØ38 Round Bushing (9) on the tube of the Main Frame (63) and then attach the Round Knob (15) onto the tube of the Main Frame (63) by turning it in a clockwise direction to lock the Seat Post (21) in the suitable position. Adjusting the Seat Height Loosen the Round Knob (15) by turning counterclockwise direction until it can be pulled out.
  • Page 13 5. Handlebar Post Installation Connect the Sensor Wire (64) from the Main Frame (63) to the Middle Section Sensor Wire (69) from the Handlebar Post (2). Insert the Handlebar Post (2) into the Ø50xØ38 Round Bushing (9) on the tube of the Main Frame (63) and then attach the Round Knob (15) onto the tube of the Main Frame (63) by turning it in a clockwise direction to lock the Handlebar Post (2) in the suitable position.
  • Page 14 6. Computer Installation Connect the Middle Section Sensor Wire (69) from the Handlebar Post (2) to the wire that comes from the Computer (1). Slide the Computer (1) onto a plate of the Handlebar Post (2).
  • Page 15 Tool: Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver 7. Left and Right Pedals Installation The Pedal Shafts are marked “R” for Right and “L” for Left. Insert the pedal shaft of Left Pedal (22) into threaded hole in the Left Crank (23). Turn the pedal shaft by hand in the counterclockwise direction until snug.

    ADJUSTMENTS Adjustable Leveler Adjusting the Adjustable Leveler Turn the Adjustable Leveler on the rear stabilizer as needed to level the bike. Brake Knob Adjusting the Brake Knob To increase the load, turn the Brake Knob in a clockwise direction. To decrease the load, turn the Brake Knob in a counterclockwise direction. Round Knob Adjusting the Handlebar Height Loosen the Round Knob by turning counterclockwise direction until it can be pulled out.

Pull out the Round Knob and then slide the Seat Post up or down direction to the suitable position. Lock the Seat Post in place by releasing the Round Knob and sliding the Seat Post up or down slightly until the Round Knob "pops"...

    Tool: Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver Allen Wrench Adjusting the Chain Tension During normal operation of your spinning bike, it may become necessary to loosen or tighten the chain for your best performance. Loosen the M10x1.25 Nuts (51) M8 Nut (68) on the sides of the flywheel. To tighten the chain, turn the M8x50 Bolt (67) in a clockwise rotation equally on both sides using the Allen Wrench provided.

    EMERGENCY STOP To emergency stop, press firmly down onto the BRAKE KNOB. Continue holding the BRAKE KNOB down until the flywheel comes to a complete stop. MOVING THE SPINNING BIKE Start by carefully pushing down on the handlebar until the rear end of the bike lifts in the air. Carefully push the bike to the desired location.

    WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE A good exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool down. Do the entire program at least two to three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week. AEROBIC EXERCISE is any sustained activity that sends oxygen to your muscles via your heart and lungs.
  • Page 21 SIDE STRETCHES Open your arms to the side and lift them until they are over your head. Reach your right arm as far toward the ceiling as you can for one count. Repeat this action with your left arm. QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up.
  • Page 22 TOE TOUCHES Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward your toes. Reach as far as you can and hold for 15 counts. HAMSTRING STRETCHES Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your left foot against your right inner thigh.
