Can not get the right time zone
To set the correct time zone on the FanJu FJ3378, use the “▲” and “▼” buttons to select a time zone between -12 and +12. Then press the confirmation button (“ ”) to save the setting.

I finally got the time right. changed to CST. In doing that I ended up changing the channel to 2. And Im sure its on 1 on the remote sensor outside. So how can I change the channel back to 1 where it was. I dont want to erase anything else. This has been a challenge. Please give me explicit instructions. Thank you so much.
