LUBRIFICAZIONE. Gli utensili OBER funzionano con lubrificazione. Una adeguata lubrificazione, garantita da lubrificatori a micronebbia, favorisce le prestazioni e la durata dei componenti. Usare soltanto olio speciale per utensili pneumatici (codice OBER 5989902). Usare preferibilmente lubrificatori automatici. La quantità di olio sufficiente è di 1-2 gocce giornaliere. -

- Page 18 CONNECTION Remove the cap on the air inlet. Screw in a connection for the hose supplying air. Make sure that the connection and the hose have the features indicated in table 1 (Note: do not screw in the connection too tightly but secure it by a suitable gasket). Turn on the air supply for a few seconds to allow the expulsion of all impurities and condensation which may have accumulated inside the hose, especially if it has not been used for some time.

STARTING Press lever (A) to start the motor and set the chuck in motion (fig. 1). The chuck can take up a "backward" position which enables rightwards rotation and a "forward" position which enables leftwards rotation and a speed which is twice as fast as the former set-up. - Page 21 MONTAGGIO MASCHI Le maschiatrici possono essere disponibili con 2 tipi di mandrino: "mandrino universale" e "mandrino cambio rapido". - Mandrino universale (fig.2). Allentare la ghiera B e la vite C. Inserire il maschio assicurandosi che il quadro sia compreso tra le apposite griffe. Accostare quest'ultime alle pareti del quadro per mezzo della vite C, quindi stringere la ghiera B per bloccare il gambo.

Qualora l'utensile collegato alla rete aria non si avvii, verificare che la leva di alimentazione non sia bloccata, introdurre alcune gocce di nafta nel raccordo di alimentazione aria e tentare nuovamente l'avviamento. Se il motore non girasse ancora, staccare l'alimentazione e tentare di sbloccarlo nuovamente facendo ruotare il mandrino manualmente.

Ogni 500 ore di lavoro circa, è consigliabile smontare l'utensile, verificare la condizione dei cuscinetti e del motore, pulire tutto e lubrificare di nuovo con grasso per estreme pressioni.
