T R O U B L E S H O O T I N G Problem Possible Solution Make sure the air purifier is plugged in. If so, try plugging into a different outlet. Unplug the power cord, and check the cord to see if it is damaged. If Air purifier does not turn on, or shuts off so, stop using the air purifier and contact Customer Support unexpectedly.
