User's Manual for the T-Touch Connect Solar
START push-piece:
Short press: to start or stop timer/countdown

Long press: to lock/unlock the watch

BACK push-piece:
Short press: to cancel a setting, reject an incoming call, stop an alarm,

return to previous screen or exit a mode
 Short press: to reset timer/countdown to zero
Long press: to return to the main menu

Crown :
Short press: to confirm, access a sub-menu, snooze an alarm, or stop

the alarm sounding during an incoming call
Long press: to activate screen backlighting

Rotation: to navigate/scroll through functions and menus or change a

value
Please note:
All touch actions can be performed by using the push-pieces and crown instead.
Just a light press on the push-pieces and a light touch on the glass will suffice to activate the
functions of your T-Touch Connect Solar. Excessive force can damage the watch.
