Cause:
1. Software build issue
2. Low battery level
3. High temperature operation
4. Touch screen damage
5. Heavy touch screen cover
6. Touch screen cover
7. Hardware/ PCB issue
Solution:
1. Correct software build
2. Use at correct battery level
3. Use device at maximum 45 degree temperature
4. Do not use heavy screen protector cover.
5. Check whether any damage on phone or touch/PCB / Battery is not faulty.
