MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR
The Voltiana pump is completely reversible, to ensure with suitable pipe-work or hoses liquid, the liquid can be
returned to its source. Containers fitted with this pump can be filled in stores and dispensed on-site, using only one
hose for both filling and emptying the container.
1 – Overview
This document contains important indications about safe use and maintenance of the VOLTIANA hand pump, this
manual must be read carefully before operating with VOLTIANA pump. It must be made available for any operator that
will use the VOLTIANA pump in the future. Please preserve this manual with care.
The VOLTIANA pump is made with high quality raw-materials and high workmanship using the most modern and
up-dated technology in conformity with the CEE 98/37 standards. Therefore the VOLTIANA pump cannot be
considered dangerous for the operator when used with this manual.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for improper use of VOLTIANA pump. It's strictly forbidden to modify or
unduly open the product. Producer cannot be responsible of any damage caused to objects, animals and persons due to
above improper modification.
In case of system fault or technical problems, please call immediately the manufacturer North Ridge Pumps,
indicating the following details:

Your name and address.
•
The address and the location of the pump.
•
The code and the size of the pump.
•
The problem description
•
The type of application
•
The fluid that must be pumped, the suction head, the temperature etc.
2 – DELIVERY
TRANSPORT
All the material shipped, including the detached parts, have been carefully checked before being consigned to
the forwarding agent.
All the packages leave North RIdge in good condition. All goods are shipped in special packaging which ensures
protection to the product; packaging is specially designed for said weight and type of pump. In case of weights over
30 Kg, the box will be sent on pallet.

In case of repair or replacement, the warranty will not be extended. In the event not functioning of VOLTIANA pump caused by defects not related to the BINDA S.R.L. product, but due to user's mistakes , the manufacturer reserves the right to charge to customer the cost of parts and repairing work.

In case of broken internal parts, the central and the lateral covers can be removed and new parts inserted. Please read Chapter 10 of this MUM “Technical data”. - Page 6 All models have, on the back of the body, two clamps useful for wall mounting. North Ridge Pumps do not provide screws for these fittings. When VOLTIANA pumps are part of a pumping unit for pumping oil from barrels, these clamps are not needed.
