Error Messages

If the buzzer sounds and "U"/"H" and "Number" are alternately displayed, check the following.
If the problem persists or any other malfunctions occur, pull out the power plug and contact a service person for service.

● Cancel Child Lock (P.10) when it is active.
Symptoms
Water cannot be drained.
The lid is open.
Spin or Air Dry
does not work.
Water cannot be
supplied.

Check the drain water hose for the following abnormality.
● Is it crushed?
● Is lint clogged?
● Is the tip soaked in water?
● Is a part of hose at a height of over 10 cm midway? (P.12)
● Is the extension hose longer than 3 m? (P.12)
● Is the lid open?
● Is the laundry on one side?
→ Arrange the laundry evenly in the tub, and then close the lid.
● Is the washing machine on an unstable location or inclined fl oor surface?
→ The operation will resume by opening/closing of the lid.
● Is the water faucet turned on?
● Water failure?
● Is the water supply fi lter clogged with dust? (P.11)
● Water is forcibly drained since the lid has been open for 10 seconds or more with Child
Lock (P.10) function set.
→ Pull out the power plug and reconnect after 5 seconds.
● Inspection is required.
→ Pull out the power plug. Then, contact a service person and explain the displayed
content (2-digit number after "H").
