Use
Remove the locking bracket 1 to be able to lift the crankshaft 2 into an upright position.

Then place the locking bracket 3 back into place, allowing the crankshaft to be sturdily posi-

tioned upright.
Then turn the hand crank clockwise 4 enabling for the lawn mower to be lifted.

