    Wey-TEK Refrigerant Charging Scale The Wey-TEK measuring scale’s few controls allow for easy operation. See the diagram at the bottom of this page for the location of items on the measuring scale. A Battery: The Wey-TEK operates on a 9 volt DC alkaline battery. To install the battery, slide open the access door on the right side of the scale (as determined by having the scale’s handle face you).

  • Page 5 C Display: The display on the Charging Module has two lines of data. The bottom data line indicates the programmed target charge (by weight) of refrigerant. It also will display the status of the module if the “HOLD” has been activated or if the charging cycle is complete, “CHARGE COMPLETE”.

    Charging Module Setup and Operation Setting up the Charging Module Place the Wey-TEK on a firm, level surface. Connect the communication cable to both the Charging Module and Wey-TEK. Plug the AC/DC power adapter into its power supply and then connect it to the Charging Module.

    3 Ensure the valve on the refrigerant canister is open. Start the charging operation by pressing the “CHARGE” key. You will hear the internal solenoid valve click open and refrigerant will flow. When the programmed target charge is reached, the solenoid will close, there will be an audible beep, and the bottom display will flash between “CHARGE COMPLETE”...

  • Page 15 Ladewaage Wey-TEK für Kältemittel Die wenigen Bedienelemente der Meßwaage Wey-TEK ermöglichen eine bequeme Bedienung. Im Diagramm unten auf dieser Seite finden Sie eine Übersicht der Bedienelemente der Meßwaage. A Batterie: Die Waage Wey-TEK wird mit einer alkalischen 9-V-Batterie betrieben. Zum Einlegen der Batterie schieben Sie die Batteriefachtür auf der rechten Seite der Waage auf (wenn der Griff der Waage zu Ihnen hin zeigt).

  • Page 18 Einrichtung und Betrieb des Lademoduls Einrichten des Lademoduls Stellen Sie die Wey-TEK-Waage auf eine feste, ebene Oberfläche. Schließen Sie das Kommunikationskabel sowohl an das Lademodul als auch an die Wey-TEK-Waage an. Verbinden Sie den Netzadapter mit der Stromversorgung und anschließend mit dem Lademodul.

  • Page 21 Bilancia di caricamento del refrigerante Wey-TEK I pochi comandi della bilancia Wey-TEK ne facilitano notevolmente l’uso. Lo schema riportato in fondo alla pagina indica la collocazione degli elementi presenti sulla bilancia. A Batteria: il Wey-TEK funziona con una batteria alcalina da 9 volt c.c. Per installare la batteria, aprire lo sportello di accesso sul lato destro della bilancia (tenendo la bilancia per l’impugnatura davanti a sé) facendolo scorrere.

NOTA: quando è acceso e collegato alla bilancia Wey-TEK, il modulo di ricarica subentra alla batteria della bilancia fornendo l’alimentazione per il funzionamento della stessa.

Collegare il cavo di comunicazione sia al modulo di ricarica che al Wey- TEK. Inserire l’adattatore di alimentazione CA/CC nell’apposito vano e collegarlo al modulo di ricarica.

  • Page 42 Installation och användning av laddningsmodulen Installera laddningsmodulen Placera Wey-TEK på ett stadigt och plant underlag. Anslut kommunikationskabeln till laddningsmodulen och Wey-TEK. Anslut transformatorn till strömkällan och sedan till laddningsmodulen. Slå på Wey-TEK och laddningsmodulen. Placera köldmedelsbehållaren på vågen. Anslut kylslangen från köldmedelsbehållaren till anslutningen märkt “IN” på laddningsmodulen.
