- Page 3 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. LAY THE 5' BASE FACE DOWN ON A FLAT SURFACE. LARGE RING HEX BOLT LOCATIONS (4) 2. OPTIONAL CASTERS. INSERT CASTER STEM INTO TUBE. HAND-TWIST LARGE RING UNTIL CASTER IS SECURE. 3. TIGHTEN HEX BOLTS IN BASE SOCKETS IF NOT ALREADY TIGHTENED.
- Page 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 4. INSERT THE SNAP PIN INTO THE HOLE OF THE VERTICAL AS SHOWN. 5. CAREFULLY TURN THE 5' BASE UNIT OVER. MEASURE EACH VERTICAL TO FIND THE END WHERE THE HOLE IS 23" FROM THE END AND INSERT THAT END OF THE VERTICAL INTO THE SOCKETS UNTIL IT REACHES THE HEX BOLT.
