(2) How to set time/calendar
① Press and hold Button Ⓓ to activate the Time/Calendar Setting function. "DST"
appears in the top row, and flashing "on" or "off" is shown in the bottom row.
② With each press of Button Ⓑ, the digits to be adjusted (flashing) can be selected
in the following order.

Power Save
※Setting of 12/24 hour time format, lighting duration, and
Power Save function can also be made in the application.
By pressing and holding Button Ⓕ to perform Bluetooth
communication, the settings made in the application
take effect in the watch.
Note that those settings will not be transmitted to the
watch through automatic synchronization.
※By setting the year, month and date, the day of the week
is set automatically.
※When DST is turned "on", the "DST" mark appears on the
display and the time is advanced by one hour.
